By accessing or using MailTruster ("the Service") at mailtruster.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MailTruster provides email address verification tools including syntax checking, MX record validation, disposable email detection, SMTP verification, and bulk verification. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited emails (spam).
• Submit email addresses without the knowledge or consent of the address owners, where required by law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond the documented rate limits.
• Use the Service in any way that could harm MailTruster or its infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

The free tier of MailTruster is subject to daily rate limits enforced by IP address. Attempting to circumvent rate limits (e.g., by rotating IPs or using proxies) is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent blocking of your access.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MailTruster does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that verification results will be 100% accurate. Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MailTruster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

All content, design, code, and branding on MailTruster are the exclusive property of MailTruster and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
